Reports give you a clear picture of your business profitability. CardOps offers several report types that slice your data by different dimensions.
P&L by tag
View profit and loss grouped by your tags. This is the most flexible report — since you can apply any combination of tags to orders and expenses, you can create custom views of profitability by event, product line, promotion, or any other dimension.
P&L by set
View profitability broken down by card set or edition. This report groups your orders and expenses by the edition_name field on line items, giving you a clear picture of which sets are most profitable.
Reconciliation summary
See the status of all payouts across platforms — which are reconciled, which have discrepancies, and the total outstanding amounts.
Compare performance across your selling platforms. See total revenue, fees, expenses, and net profit side by side for TCGPlayer, Manapool, and any other platforms you use.
Date range filtering
All reports support date range filtering. Select a preset range or enter custom start and end dates:

- This month
- Last month

Understanding the numbers
Revenue
The total sale amount from orders in the selected scope. This is the gross amount before any deductions.
Fees
Platform fees deducted from your sales. These come from the fee_cents field on each order and are sourced from parsed data, estimates, or manual entry.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost you entered for each order. This is your out-of-pocket cost, not what the buyer paid.
Expenses
Linked expenses that fall within the report scope. If you link expenses to orders, those expenses appear in the reports alongside the orders they support.
Net profit
Revenue minus fees, shipping costs, and expenses. This is your bottom line for the selected scope.
Reports are only as accurate as the data you put in. Make sure fees, shipping costs, and expenses are entered consistently for the most useful reports.
