How it works
You define rules that specify which conditions should flag an order. When an order matches a rule, it’s marked as needing attention and appears in a filtered view so you can address it.Creating a rule
Go to Settings > Needs Attention Rules and click Add Rule. Configure the conditions that should trigger the flag. Common reasons include:- Missing shipping cost
- Missing fee information
- Missing line items
- Missing tracking number
- Missing tags
The specific conditions you select depend on your data quality standards. Set up rules that match what you actually care about — you can always adjust them later as your workflow evolves.
Recommended starting rules
A good starting point is to flag orders when any of these are missing:- Shipping cost — the order doesn’t have a shipping amount assigned
- Fee data — neither parsed, estimated, nor manually entered fees are present
- Line items — the order has no individual items recorded
