@mail.cardops.io domain. You set up forwarding rules in your email client so that platform notifications get sent to this address. CardOps captures the incoming emails, classifies them, and creates orders and payouts automatically.
Step 1: Get your inbound email address
- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Find the CardOps Inbound Email card — your address is displayed there
- Copy your unique inbound email address (it looks like
your-shop-name@mail.cardops.io)
Step 2: Set up forwarding in your email client
Gmail
- Open Gmail and click the gear icon > See all settings
- Go to the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab
- Click Add a forwarding address
- Enter your CardOps inbound email address and click Next > Proceed > OK
- Gmail may send a verification email to your CardOps address to verify it — CardOps captures this and you can verify it from the Received Emails list
- Gmail may ask you to sign in to complete multi-factor authentication — follow the prompts to verify your account
- Return to Gmail settings, refresh the page — leave Forwarding set to “Disabled” (do not enable the main forwarding setting here)
- Click Save Changes
- Click the search bar > Show search options
- Enter the sender or subject criteria (see Platform Rules below)
- Click Create filter
- Check Forward it to and select your CardOps address
- Click Create filter
Outlook / Microsoft 365
- Click the gear icon > View all Outlook settings
- Go to Mail > Rules > Add new rule
- Give your rule a name like “Forward TCGPlayer to CardOps”
- Under Add a condition, choose sender or subject contains (see Platform Rules below)
- Under Add an action, select Forward to and enter your CardOps inbound address
- Click Save
Apple Mail (iCloud)
Apple Mail doesn’t support server-side forwarding rules. Use iCloud.com instead:- Go to icloud.com and sign in
- Open Mail
- Click the gear icon > Rules > Add a Rule
- Set conditions (see Platform Rules below)
- Choose Forward to and enter your CardOps address
- Click Done

Set up separate rules for each platform and notification type. Use these exact criteria to ensure CardOps can correctly classify your emails.Subject matching is case-insensitive. Use these exact sender and subject patterns to make sure CardOps classifies your emails correctly.
Step 3: Verify it’s working
- Trigger a notification from one of your platforms (or wait for the next one)
- Go to Settings > Integrations in CardOps
- Check the Received Emails section — your forwarded email should appear within a few minutes
- The Type column should show the correct classification (TCGPlayer Order, TCGPlayer Payout, or Manapool Payout)
What gets captured
- Sender — who sent the email
- Subject — the email subject line
- Body — full text content (and HTML when available)
- Timestamp — when it was received
- Attachments — metadata only; attachment files can be re-fetched if needed
Email classification
CardOps automatically classifies incoming emails:
If an email is classified incorrectly, you can manually override the type. Open the email from your received list, then click the correct type button under “Override”.
Enabling and disabling
You can turn your inbound email on or off at any time:- Go to Settings > Integrations
- Click the Active / Disabled toggle in the CardOps Inbound Email card
- When disabled, any new emails sent to your address are silently discarded
