# Platforms & Fees

> Configure selling platforms and default fee structures

Go to **Settings > Platforms & Fees** to configure the platforms you sell on and their default fee structures.

## Default platforms

CardOps comes pre-configured with TCGPlayer and Manapool. You can also add other platforms you sell on, such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or your own website.

## Creating a platform

To add a new platform, click **Add Platform** and enter the platform name. You can then configure fees for it.

## Configuring fees

Each platform has a default fee structure that CardOps uses to estimate fees on imported orders. You can set two types of fees:

* **Flat fees** — a fixed dollar amount charged per order
* **Percentage fees** — a percentage applied to the order total, the shipping total, or both

<Note>
  Estimated fees are used when exact fee data isn't available from an import source. Orders with estimated fees are flagged so you can distinguish them from exact values.
</Note>

## Fee sources

When CardOps processes an order, the fee value is tagged with its source:

| Source           | Meaning                                                                 |
| ---------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Parsed** | Extracted directly from a paste or import (e.g., TCGPlayer order paste) |
| **Estimated** | Calculated from your platform's default fee rate |
| **User entered** | Typed manually on the order |
| **Imported** | Came from a CSV file upload |

## Editing fees later

You can update platform fees at any time from **Settings > Platforms & Fees**. Changes apply to new orders only — existing orders retain their original fee values.
